Our company has set up an account in GoogleAdWords July 11, 2010, thanks to a pleasant surprise: got a coupon for free advertising on Google for several weeks. Thus began our first collaboration with Google in Ukraine.
A few initial steps:

Day Three
Step 5: Set rate of the company (Company -> Settings-> Betting and budget).
